A 10-year-old boy presented with short stature, retarded mental development, and azoospermia. A cytogenetic analysis of peripheral blood revealed a karyotype with deletion of the short arm of the X chromosome. The deleted chromosomal region contained azoospermia factor a (AZFa). Reverse-transcriptase polymerase chain reaction amplification of cDNAs from normal testes and testicular tissue was performed to identify the gene responsible for the azoospermia. A specific transcript was obtained only from the testes. We have identified a breakpoint in the region where exon 4 of the transmembrane region of the testis-specific antigen 1 gene and exon 5 of the testis-specific antigen 4 gene are located, which suggests that these two genes are involved in the azoospermia and/or the short stature. This is the first report of AZFa region deletion in a boy with combined sex chromosome abnormalities and azoospermia.Q:
Array creation by first using "append" and then by using "push"
In javascript array creation by using append we are using [] whereas for creation of array by using push we are using {}
but while pushing elements to array we are giving both as [] but how these 2 array objects are different, i.e., how the [] and {} array objects are different.
A:
[] is an array literal, which is a shortcut to creating an array object.
{} is an object literal, which is a shortcut to creating an object.
They have completely different syntaxes, so the second one creates a brand new empty object.
If you want to create an array be359ba680
